Benjamin answered my call and came out immediately. My issue was the emergency handle did nothing. The garage door remained shut having to manually lift it with a large amount of strength. I told him I wouldn't be home and that I gave him remote access to do the job. He replaced my springs as it was worn out and lost its tension. He did it quick he followed up with a video of the door operating much better allowing egress in an emergency when the emergency handle was pulled. Highly recommended will hire again.

This company is awesome, fixed my garage after hours and installed new. Very nice, easy to use and affordable.

Ben responded quickly when our garage door was making all kinds of popping noises. Not only did he fix the popping, but also repaired several other older items. A month later, he responded in an hour when several support boards (circa 1960) broke. He came out after work, around 6:30, replaced the boards at no cost.

This morning I couldn’t even open my garage door. I called harmony and they came out within 30 mins. Apparently I had a broken spring. Benjamin took care of this issue extremely quick and professionally. I would highly recommend him and his services!
